Membership of the Club is open.  Legislation requires that all prospective members must complete a probationary membership form and confirm that they are not prohibited under the Firearms Act.

Our membership comprises young, old (let's say experienced), male and female.  Everyone is welcome.

Firearms legislation prescribes two categories of membership; these are Probationer and Full.  Unless you have previous experience, new members will be accompanied by a coach or experienced Committee member, until they are ready to apply for Full membership, this will typically be statutory 6 month/12 visits.

Applicants who already possess a Firearms Certicate (FAC) will have completed a probationary period prior to obtaining their FAC and may be eligible to apply for full membership of the Club. The Secretary would expect a letter of introduction from their previous Club.

Application, to the Police, for a FAC will only be considered from a full member who has completed the 6 month probationary period.
